I agree with the stated criticisms but my biggest problem is the reporting (bragging) about the BB service and most particularly, the anal availability. I just don't see the point beyond bragging though the OP will say it was done in the interest of dissemination of good information.

Let's be clear. A "tip" is something that's not negotiated. You're talking about a "fee" for additional services if it's negotiated or agreed upon.

One of the stupidest things a monger can do is tell a puta "if you give good service I'll give you a good tip."

First, good service should be the standard expected every time. No tip should ever be "offered" for good service. A tip should be given after the fact, without having had prior discussions, when service is above and beyond what one should expect.

Second, offering a tip for good service is the quickest path to a misunderstanding. She may feel she's provided "good service" when you might be thinking she didn't. She's going to be pretty disappointed when, to her way of thinking, you stiff her with no tip or a small one. Word goes around to the other girls that you're a lying SOB pretty quickly.

Negotiate what you want and what you'll pay, if you're comfortable with that approach.
