| This has been going on for years - the apparent upward pull on prices. On at least two occasions in the past 10 years I became really concerned and thought prices were going to inflate out of sight. It did not happen. In fact, the situation is pretty much the same as it was 5-8 years ago. I think turnover in the zone has a lot to do with this. El Pensador Loco
