Here's a post I put up on 9/9. Good to see some confirmation. Always counter by at least $10 less (in the $40-70 initial offer range). Aside from the obvious advantages, this is a useful filter for eliminating girls that will probably be a bad session anyways - for a lot of reasons. If you aren't comfortable making a counter low enough to make the price what you consider reasonable, you should probably just smile & move on. If she makes you uncomfortable at this point, it probably won't get any better upstairs.
