I have dated women of far less character that weren't "whores." I think it is largely a cultural difference, that sex in Mexico is not the big awful dirty thing Americans seem to think it is. Just associate anything with sex in the USA, and it automatically becomes bad. Spend $100 a week playing golf or fishing, that's great, you're enjoying yourself. Spend $100 a week on hookers and you're a fool and a dirt bag. And to answer sammy, while the word "whore" may have a different meaning, the word "asshole" pretty much means the same thing on either side of the line. Felix, what makes you different from the zillions of other guys is the same thing that makes you different from zillions of other guys with a regular girl that might like you. You just have to have personalities that click. Yes, I would be very skeptical and careful with a working girl. But I frankly would not flatly rule out a serious relationship with a former hooker. Before they were anything, they were women. It could be a chance to get a wife who is younger and more beautiful than anyone else you could ever have a shot at. And for her it could mean emotional and long-term financial stability. There have been such chica-monger relationships that grew into marriages. Often the chica takes off after 2 years and goes back to hooking. Other times, it works out. Just get a good pre-nup. To try and carry on a relationship while she's in the business I think would be very difficult. Many a monger has tried it only to find that as soon as the relationship barely got past go, he couldn't deal with it. The chicas are usually working just for money and actually would like a little relationship on the side if a guy could deal with it. No, it's not a reasonable thing to ask. So I reject the hard-nosed cynical attitude that the girls are all worthless. I also wouldn't run into it with rose colored glasses either. But I'm not going to criticize them when I'm down there lining up to fuck them. I can only tell you this. I know I have connected with some chicas past the business level and assumed a certain level of friendship with them. What their personal lives are really like I have hardly been able to see. One I know invited me to visit her in her home, but I decided to move on. So, a lot of these girls are good folks, others aren't. I always say the TJ girls are a cross-section of women -- the good and bad, they're all there. Good luck.
