| If your going to Ensenada, and you're crossing at SY, I can suggest a farmicia right next to the crossing point. If you were to walk to the right down the entry walkway (i.e. NOT towards the taxi stand) as you exit the second trun style go straight across the street. Then walk down that block until just before the end of the shops. Just before the corner of the block, you'll see a farmacia that has two entrances. (one faces straight towards the street, and the other faces south down the block) I've been getting the 'little blue pill' there for $12 each for 100mg. This is the real deal, and has worked quite well for me. I bring this up, due to the fact that you'll be driving right past there on your way to Ensenada. One suggestion.
