Your report is another confirmation of the importance of knowing the TJ fundamentals and keeping them in mind when you make your TJ trip. Frankly, I think you'll find "flying solo" one of the more rewarding ways (in my book, the most rewarding way...) of experiencing TJ... And you can take substantial pride in knowing that you had the cajones to do it yourself...and do it right. After all, you lived to tell the tale...
