| Billy, Tropical is of a similar format to the bigger clubs with a couple of exceptions. None of las chicas tend to speak, or understand ANY english. Not even prices can be expected to be negotiated in anything but Spanish. The other thing is that many of the chicas do NOT go up to the room. (I don't have time to go into the details of this right now. Someone else?? Or, I'll do it later) As for Pelicano, it's more of a stip club. Yes, you can get some 'special services' in certain cases. But, for the most part it's more like a US strip club than it is like AB or CC.
