The routine is simple: you go in, you pick a table, you order a beer. Before the waiter comes back with the order chances are a girl will siddle up to you and ask if she could sit down or if you'd like company. If she passes muster in your eye and maybe a good candidate, let her sit down, buy her a drink and hear (or "feel") her sale pitch. If too ugly or too fat or both, you'll have to fend her off and shoo her away. A few minutes later, another girl will try her luck and the process starts all over again... For me getting there is half of the fun!
