| Not sure if I understand your question, but Baja Cellular has cell phone service and in fact ATT can roam through them or so they say. Test coming up this weekend. The Nextel guys have said that their US phone service works all over the Baja. If you are making frequent calls in the Baja, this sounds like the best deal.
