| Whenever I stop in a liquor store in a predominatnly latino neighborhood, especially the type that do check cashing and money order making, they will usually have a whole bunch of calling cards available with posted rates to countries, and specifically, mexico states. I like calling cards, because when I do call Tijuana or other Mexico cities, I do it in spurts and not on a regular monthly basis where it might make sense to pay extra monthly fee for a lower rate on regional calls. |
