"Centro "Buses from the Vicinity of the Cab Stand...

Somebody mentioned catching a 50 cent bus (marked "Centro")from the vicinity of the cab stand on the other side of the "border" bridge...I tried to find the bus stop but was unsuccessful...Is this area where the buses to Ensenada leave from, sort of west of the cab stand? Any hints? Thanks... KRICO
