This brings up a question which I think was discussed once before on R/S. For those of us who like to walk to ZN from the border (daytime only; I have no intention of making the trek there and back after dark, although I'm sure many do), would it be safer to take Rev up to Coahuila and then make a left toward constitution? I assume the "standard" route now is to take primera from Rev to Const and then make a right down the hill toward the alley and Coahuila. This of course automatically takes us through "ratero central". Is the former route that I listed perhaps safer? Might there be another one entirely that I don't know about? Please don't respond "just take a cab". I realize that safe, relatively inexpensive option is available. I am specifically asking about walking routes. Surely, especially during daylight hours, the ZN should be considered accessible by foot, no? Shy Guy
