CS Thanks for the clarification. On a different subject, Derrick Thomas, deceased KC Chiefs linebacker, died without living trust with at least 7 kids out of wedlock. Looks like he was not a monger. He made over 20M over his career, there's nothing left for the kids after lawsuits and paper work. The amazing part is his famed agent Lee Steinberg said his job was to get his client a contract i.e getting the money. A living trust could have taken a day's work. |
