Whew! Talk about a leading question... What is "best chica city" to you? Lots of clubs for nighttime, or massage parlours for daytime? Better looking SGs for appetizers? Cheapest all-nighters? Or does non-sex activity to take the dates on make it best? Snorkeling, architecture, museums? Remember, Mexico is one of the larger countries in the world (about a third of the USA), and has the largest city in the world. (Which you might want to read the reports on.)
