Both of the previous replies gave excellant answers. The bottem line is that they can run the gamut of prices and then for how long of a time. I myself have experienced the "free" allnighter on occasion and then I've also paid $300+. I pretty much only do allnighters (except for my daily MP fix) and if there's 1 nugget of advice I can give you...it's "make sure you like the girl enough to put up with her for the sleeping & 'non-sex' hours". If it's just about the sex and you want to have her in your hotel room...just negotiate that.
