We lost all urges just looking at those damm cops, they were dressed all in blue, I guess they are the municipal cops. If you are hesitant about walking towards the Tropa I don't blame you this is one ugly block. Have one of the Tropa barkers on Constitucion walk you down there. Fernando the ex Hong Kong doorman told me that the new Hong Kong will open up in a couple of months next to La Tropa.
