Geddouddaheah! Okay, the Mexican Nose Job...it's difficult to describe, but once you see a couple of'em you start noticing more and more. For example some girls will cop to the fact that they've had a "job" done, some gals you won't see on the job for a while and when they show up again, it's obvious that "rhinoplasty has happened". Usually, girls that have a naturally more round nose ( which I like, BTW) will have the tip elongated and upturned slightly (if their plastic surgeon screws-up the "upturn" and over does it, their nose can begin to take on a more "snout-like", "piggish" appearance. Scary, indeed. All this is left to the surgeon's judgement, which gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "What's "UP", Doc?" Too bad the girl can't see what's going on during the surgery. As the surgeon overmanipulated and approached the "pigsnout" stage, they could say, like Porky, "That's all folks!"... Heidi's first nose job was what I would call "porcine", ...a second nose job left her more "Jacksonesque" and I ain't talkin' Andy. When the tip of their nose, seems a little bit too "tip", you can bet the knife has been employed. It's like the cartlidge has been a little too finely honed...and the nostril planes are a little too artfully beveled. Usually, too, the bridge of the nose seems strangely wide, because the nose is broken during the operation in order to attain maximum malleability during the "sculpting" procedure...unfortunately the healing process is not easily controlled, and since the nose is wildly swollen after the procedure for days, the end result is frequently inaccurately envisioned by both parties, surgeon and subject.
