What you will hear from reliable sources,and what is apparently true, is that prostitution is illegal throughtout Mexico, but there are zonas of tolerance, in which it is allowed to go on without interference from policia. One such zona of tolerance is Zona Norte in T.J. This tolerance does not extend to Revolucion Ave. as illustrated by the arrests that have been made lately of mongers taking girls out of the Revolucion clubs. Prositution is, in fact, illegal, but the government grants health cards to the ladies who are engaging in the illegal activity. You figure it out. Many of us have tried and failed. |
