Two things I learned about rain in TJ: 1. As you dash from cover to cover or across the street to a covered area....WATCH OUT! Why do they TILE the sidewalks in some areas? It's like walking on ICE it's so damn slippery. 2. As you head out of AB and turn right, just before the first taco stand there is an INCLINE that is tiled as well. Saw a guy take a nasty tumble when his shoes slipped on the wet tile. Damn near killed himself when his head slapped back against the TILED FLOOR! I guess even in DRY weather that incline by AB can be dangerous after a few "cervesas"! BillyPV
