I just read in the Sunday Travel section that the American Automobile Association (AAA) has come up with a debit card called the "AAA EveryDay Funds" and another called "AAA Global Currency" It looks like it is custom designed for what you are looking for. They work as a credit or debit cards and you can prepay for amounts from $5-$9,999 and you can buy them without being a member of AAA. You can also check your balance and add to your balance over the internet. Call your local AAA office or 877-233-9234 for details. They also have a website www.storedvalue.aaa.com Hope these might be some help to some of you guys.
