Brother Nomar, Dude, if you trouble yourself to look at just a little bit of what I say here, you'll see most of it 1) isn't in French and b) is pretty "plain talk" ish, if not downright gutter-level. So I don't know why this bee got up your ass about this one little incident--if you are actually capable of deciphering my 'bad French' in the original note (it might be assumed that someone who is critically commenting on someone else's language skills himself has superior skills, but I don't assume such things, because I've seen too much evidence of people who don't know what the fuck they're talking about pretending that they do), you would have noted a rather playful tone--nothing McVey-esque or particularly conspiratorial, nothing derogatory about Brother Billy (who I'm certainly not out to get--just look at what I said earlier in response to Bro. El Cabrio's post about him), just a playful remark or two about his latest message. If this don't meet with your approval, Bro, fine, register that and I'll take it into consideration. It was the smartass tone of "you scholars" that might have been avoided, but hey maybe smartass is your mode. It's mine sometimes too. Party on, Bro! |
