SE, Probably the most corrupt force in the USA...I think they hired a new "clean up" chief about 2 years ago after a couple of cops murdered another cop to cover up a series of store robberies that the first two cops were doin'... I don't think it's a coincidence either, that LA, is the most "latin" state of the USA...the state legal system is based on the Napoleonic Code ( like MX)...and the state government has a long time rep for allowing corrupt elements to thrive, i.e. Gov. Edwin Edwards. But, damn I did like Huey Long...the Kingfish... KRICO
