A chica and i after finishing a fine meal at the El Fogatta(sp?) restaurant in zona rio.Caught a cab back to Adelitas monday.We didn't ask how much first and when we arrived she asked how much.The driver said $8 which set her off.He didn't change the price and one of the doorguys from Adelitas came out ,was told what was up ,and looked at the driver in disgust.He told me the five was ok and to get out of the cab but the chica was still argueing with the driver.She told the driver that she would call the transit policia on him,that he was a ratero,and was reading him his pedigree.I handed him a five spot and we got out all the while he was still saying $8.When we walked up into adelitas hotel he was still sitting in the street holding up three fingers.We never heard any more from him but i was a bit nervous knowing how the policia are in TJ.
