One choke techniques is to use your head as part of the lever. The bicep and forearm contacts both sides of the victim's neck, while the free arm pulls the choking arm. The attackers head should be nearly cheek to cheek with the victim. The attacker uses his back muscles to choke the victim instead of his weaker arm muscles. THIS is the technique I always pictured being implemented. Is this the more common attack or not in ZN?
