Come on down, the weather's fine. It will hit at least 70 in TJ just about every day of the year. The climate is very dry, it will rain maybe 5-6 days in a normal year, almost always within the December-February months. Night-time gets a little chilly, high 40's, bring a jacket, but it's really NUTHIN' to worry about. Street girls aren't deterred much at ALL due to cold, and they tend to stand behind the eaves of the roofs of the buildings in the alley when it rains and work anyway. Rain cuts the mongering population by a good half. As to better deals... It pretty much depends on how you interact with the girl. Most have their bottom line prices which they won't dip below for any reason. Whether they'll spend extra time, who knows?
