On what do you base this dubious comment? I have been going to TJ for 2 years now and can't think of a SINGLE AB or CC chica I have ever seen working at 'more Mexican bars' in TJ. You are as likely to find a rookie at Adelitas as any bar in TJ with the possible exception of Tropical, which is not exactly a 'more Mexican bar' these days.
