I wonder if the former "presumed owners" ( the Americanos who thought they had clear title to the land)still have title to the buildings they constructed on the land? What would one do? Move the buildings? Tear'em down? Compromise with the "real" landowners in terms of compensation for improvements? Or maybe the assumption is that these Americanos have absolutlely no legally enforceable claims whatsoever, predicated on the rational that they are not citizens of MX... Looks like somebody made a big mistake here.... KRICO |
