For their session quality. You may or may not find them to be nice people, but CC is at the bottom of the totem pole as far as average session quality in my sampling. Of course I learned my lesson there a long time ago now, and maybe they have had a 180 degree turnaround in the last year. I highly, highly doubt it though. The prevailing CC attitude? Churn 'em and burn 'em. So many rubes pass through those curtains it may be foolish to blame them.
