Am going to be in TJ the first time this thrusday and friday and will have a lady with me. She is a curious sort and likes topless bars, etc. Is there safe topless bars in TJ in the daytime to go to with her, and is there topless bars and/or safe ones in the daytime to go to in the Zone Rojo ? and what is the best way to get there drive your car or take a taxi - from the american side that is -- and if taxi how much $$ each way and how far is it? any help would really, really be appreciated here.
