The first two photos look like primary lesions of syphilis, known as a chancre. The first one is classic, the second one a little harder to tell (lesion is not as clear in the photo)

The third is a really nasty case of condyloma acuminata, caused by infection with human papilloma virus (HPV), more commonly known as genital warts.

The last is not as obvious to me. My best guess is a very large or an extreme close up of a lesion of molluscum contagiosum. The pronounced central umbilication with apparent hyperkeratotic plug are what leads me to that conclusion.
