Not sure how good his tacos are, but the AB side in general is poor (bland) compared to the place next to Chicago Club. The guy who parks in front of Chavelas is a good buddy of Porker (who has excellent taste in tacos) so his must be good too. But the guy who yells out "pussy tacos" - his seem pretty bland by comparison.
