BillyPV ... had all intentions of meeting you fellows friday @ AD and was in town, ready, but was busted cold turkey! Was planning on a Saturday meeting with a girlfriend that was flying up from Sinaloa ... when I saw the post about the beer gathering that you had ... I figured "why not just jump into town a day early and meet some of the fellows", which I did .. although knowing my friend for 6 years, I had a hunch that she might do the same with the thinking that she might catch me at doing exactly what I did have planned ... so I set the bait and knew the window that she'd respond in ... when the knock came at the door I answered with a halo covering my horns ... damn that was close too!! Would've liked to have met everyone but the option was one of those things a man would not turn down, as I'm sure you understand. I did hit the zone early afternoon Sunday but was in line for the border when the sun splashed into the water at dusk. If you put out rain tickets, save one for me .... ......Turn the page, Mulelip |
