If CC is expanding rearward, how close to the back of the Motel Alaska property would that put them?? There is new steel beam construction going on at Motel Alaska. There is a photo showing this at: http://people.we.mediaone.net/elcabrio/index.html That photo also clearly shows the nearby Moloino Rojo Sign not very much further. EC
