Okay Pman, Here is what I do know, and you'll note a lack of specific details, as I've not had occasion to speak to any of those chicas who left, and las chicas who are still there are not discussing what happened. Seems that management was looking for a way to increase revenue for the club. I know that for several weeks, the CC management has been cracking down on las chicas regarding working on the weekends and the requirement that they also work three week days (Sun- Thurs). This ruffled a lot of feathers, especially when some of las chicas were either sent home or turned away on weekend nights, because they'd failed to cover their shifts during the week. This was straw one. We all have noticed that there have been more and more chicas working CC and AB. For the most part, chicas like working AB in the day, and CC at night, and/or AB during the week and CC on the weekend. Straw #2. Then there was SOMETHING to do with fiches and the nightly totals. I've heard that the bar wanted to discontinue counting the 'room fiches'. I've also heard that the club increased the nightly quota for fiches. I don't know which of these scenarios is correct. This was straw that broke the gate open. The week that this last 'event' took place a BUNCH of chicas left CC to work at AB exclusively, and a number of other clubs, exclusively. I believe that the management took great notice of the LACK of chicas in the club that weekend, as they receded whatever changes had been made in the 'rules'. Most of the Chicas returned, but some still have not. Again, I don't know all the details, and nobody seems to really want to talk about it.
