Reynosa, Jaurez, and Nuevo Laredo all have their good points, and Ciudad Acuna is not a total waste of time. However, after having been to each city once, I came to the conclusion that NL was head and shoulders above the others when it came to mongering. If you are mainly wanting an excuse to take a road trip, those are the three or four to visit, but if you are just wanting sex, stick with Nuevo Laredo. (IMO of course) P.S. Don't even think about driving your vehicle to the red light area of Ciudad Acuna. You will never find it, and if you do, you'll have to do what amounts to off-roading to get to it.
