I read in the Newspaper where the police are planning one of the largest ever campaigns against drunk driving employing roadblocks, checkpoints and unmarked patrol cars over the Thanksgiving holiday. In the past I have been stopped while leaving Tijuana late Saturday night. The police typically place a checkpoint on the entrance to Highway 5. I suspect that they may have one there this weekend.
