I agree about seeing more cops. I drive into TJ most of the time and seems like a new car with California tags is just bait for a cop on the take.Having been "bit" a couple of times( I really was wrong- no stop for a sign,going wrong way on a one way) and even being fluent in Spanish, I really concentrate on good driving so as to avoid any hassles. Newbies, you're NOT in America anymore, any rights you think you have are non-existant. DON'T be an asshole(drunk or pissing or hurling in the street) and you should be OK. A. |
