BPV, Interesting and informative article...thanks for tippin' us off. I did a "Google" search and found their website....they mention Ms. Diaz. www.binationalemergency.org/index.htm The site has their phone number, address, etc...and if you happen to have an "internet cafe" nearby, they have a hot-link that will hook you write up to their office, apparently.... In the article they mention the "pot-smuggling ambulance"...I thought that took place in El Paso...(?) a few months back... KRICO
