I wouldn't worry so much. The only STD that is really that bad is AIDS(genital warts is pretty bad - but they aren't gonna let a chick with that work there anyway). AIDS is pretty damn hard for a dude to catch from a chick. Look at the stats - the three biggest categories of infections occur in the following order: 1) Gay anal receptive sex. In addition to the fact that, in general, it is pretty hard for males to pick up AIDS from females, you should also take solice in the facts that the chicks in the main TJ whore-bars are pretty-well screened for STDs, and AIDS occurrance is much lower in Mexico than the USA, anyway. I would be much more worried about doing BBF with a street hooker from the USA, or a bar chick from the Phillipines/Thailand(although I've heard they've started to weed out chicks with AIDS there) - or with any chick you "just picked up in a bar in the USA" for that matter. Put it this way - the only halfway believable case that I've ever heard where a dude caught AIDS from a chick was Magic Johnson - and that fucker was fucking 5 chicks a night. Who knows, maybe the fucker was shooting drugs, or taking it up the ass. Even if he DID catch it from a chick, it probably was due to the fact that he had some kind of lesion from fucking so many bitches(a raw dick, or some other existing STD). I used to get all freaked-out about AIDS - before a definate pattern started to emerge in regards to who the fuck is really getting it. I've heard stats that say that 5% of the cases are straight males who caught it from chicks. I say they LIED. They were probably either gay, or sharing needles - AND DIDN'T WANT TO ADMIT IT! Can you blame 'em? I wouldn't go around fucking every TJ bar hooker I saw without a condom - but if a condom broke on you once in awhile, or you fucked one every 6 months or so without a condom, I wouldn't worry about it at all.
