Interesting expression obviously meaning lost time. I am still a newbie to esapņol and will probably die that way. I would have expressed it as "se malgasta su tiempo con ella". Any thoughts as to what is more easily understandable by native speakers. I guess I am asking if that away from border towns is tiempo perdido really espaņol or more reverse english.
