Is it safe? There probably isn't any "safe TJ" just as there is no 100% "safe sex"... I'd say best walk on Revolucion until you reach 2nd St., then hang a left over to Constitution. Some locals walk in the street on Constitution to 1st though it is probably OK to walk on the sidewalk (being aware) until you reach 1st. From 1st, going down the hill, walk in the street until you get to the stop sign, from there to CC it's probably OK to take the side walk as there isn't much traffic North of the stop sign anyway... At night, I'd invest $5 and take a Cab both directions if alone... Just my 2 cents, |
