Yeah, but step lively once you get in the block between Second St. and Articulo 123 (First)...you'll still be on a commerical block but you'll be about to cross into prime mugging turf. If you're on the east side of Constitucion, you will be walking under an overhang (kind of like an old west town...). When you get to the corner of Constitucion and Articulo 123, you'll be next to the front door of a pharmacy on the corner...to your right will be the funky hotel district of Articulo 123 ( with Revolucion being the next street over)...This hotel district is filled with lowlifes and potential muggers...over the interscetion will be a suspended traffic light, tethered high above by cables crossing the intersection...acorss the street from you on the corner will be a guy selling tacos and stuff from a cart...you will also see your first street girls hanging around this area...it is at this point that you should be preparing to start walking "in the street" as opposed to walking on the sidewalk...I tend to walk on the right side of the street going "down the hill"...You may see beer trucks (Tecate, Pacifico..) undloading about 100 yards ahead...usually not far from the interesection of Constitucion and Coahuila...on the left side you will see the huge 20-foot tall Molino Rojo sign (the name being a rip-off the famed Parisian nightclub, Moulin Rouge Across the intersecion of Coahuila St., and on the right side is the Chicago Club...essentially across Constitucion from the Molino Rojo club.. Even during the day, be aware of your surroundings, don't let anybody get too close to you, and step lively...(BTW, during the day there will be very little worth pursuing in the CC...but AB will be rockin'...)
