C'mon Bro, you're over-reacting. Brother Swadi did well to get off with a $20 fine, seeing as how he *admitted* he'd broken the law not once but twice (and as an aside, excellent job on 'negotiating,' Bro Swadi--precisely the right move to make, and you made out well as a result). I've driven a thousand times in TJ and never had a problem--others who have driven a lot (I think Powerslave is one of the most prominent) have similar things to say about driving down there.
