Jaime, I agree with you. Given what you say about your session. And, based on 'income expectations' the extra $$$ means much more to a SG. I have one 'chica de la calle' who has become an "amiga" of mine, and I pay her at about the same rate, but our sessions usually go for more like an hour. Sometimes more. (thus my interest in your thoughts on the 30 min session) We started out at $40 for an hour in 'my' room. Fixed time session. As the session count went up, so did the session length and quality, so I started tipping her+$10-$20 per session. I've also been known to bring her little things that she either can't buy for herself in TJ, or won't buy for herself. (hand and body cream, a warmer jacket, etc. Thank You, Costco) Sure, this stuff costs me an extra $10-$25, but it returns MUCH more than that in good will and happiness for mi amiga. Her life is hard enough as it is. (and, yes, it could be rougher) But, I still beleive that some human kindness is equal to, if not more valuable than, a few extra $$$s to las chicas de la calle. (maybe to all chicas) If one provides both human kindness, and a small boost in income for una chica, I find that the line between client and 'friend' blurrs. Even if only just a little bit. And, this blurring ALWAYS results in better sessions for both client, and chica.
