Scooter, I also have good memories of Bangkok still in my brain cells from ten years ago. I think the reason they went to the number system in Bangkok thogh was to prevent rip offs and thefts. When a monger got ripped off it was impossible to remember the girls name; however, in most cases he could take the police back to the bar and remember the number of the girl. I was told by some retired americans down their that the number system really cut down on the rip offs and scams the bars were doing. I think it would be a good idea in Tijuana and like Bangkok, they should make the waiters, waitresses, and bartenders wear numbers.
