I feel that is an overreaction. TJHombre has given no indication that he would ban an account simply for questioning or disagreeing with how he runs the board, especially if it is expressed in a dignified fashion which you have done. However, if he has clearly laid out the rules, and someone blatantly disobeys them, then he may take such an action as banning. This can hardly be considered unfair since it is his board, the rule is not ex post facto, and he is likely to give a warning for the first infraction. You of course are free to choose not to participate in the board merely on the principle that you don't like the rules, but I hope you don't make that choice, since you usually post good shit and engage in discussion in a mature fashion :) For the record (and admittedly, no one put it up to a vote), I think a discussion ABOUT the prospects for and risks of condomless sex in TJ is a healthy debate and appropriate for this board. On the other hand, I don't make the rules. If TJHombre says he doesn't want bareback talk on his board, I would respect his wishes. Besides, there is no more debate going on, it has degenerated quickly into insults and shouting. Also for the record (again, no one asked): I'm ag'in it. (Condomless sex in TJ, that is.) Shy Guy
