show that female to male vaginal transmission is actually rather difficult because 'that's oppressive to gays' so they just change the facts to fit the politics--note too that we are talkin' here only about HIV, not about other stuff, which certainly could change the calculus involved, no doubt), and they still decide to take the bet.


Translation: The WISE guys go bareback.

If your manifesto in the archive that these quotes were taken from does not constitute advocacy of bareback sex in TJ then I am guilty of grossly overstating my accusation.
