You didn't really expect to see an honest view of prostitution did you? The very fact that 50% of their audience are women means the horses won't even get out of the gate. And shows like 20/20 don't get advertisers nor viewers with happy stories. This particular bit about Costa Rica is apparently coming from some outfit that is making waves in Central America about sex slaves among the very young. And their American male customers. There may be some reality to it but anyone who is into the TSM life knows that the bulk of men, and women, are just normal people leading normal lives. The real filth may be more in the minds of those who condemn virtually all sexual activity that doesn't adhere to their own repressed feelings.
