A few weeks ago, when passing through the border on foot, I was asked to participate in a 'voluntary' survey, with questions such as:

1) How long was I TJ?
2) Did I have any drinks?
3) Would I take a breahalizyer test?

and several other questions. The INS agent had some sort of palm top device in which to mark my answers.
