Park at a trolley stop for free. ?H street in Chula Vista has lots of parking around McD's and Motel 6. You can not tell where one lot begins and truckers settle. I like border station. Much less foot traffic than 5 star and they are a Mexicoach service point each way. Their web site has a $1 off coupon.
